3.5 years ago I made the decision to no longer let my bad eating habits destroy my life. Started off by eating somewhat better and lost 30lbs. 1 year later I began CrossFit at Crazytrain CrossFit, and lost another 25lbs. 2.5 years later here I am...I've never been as fit/strong and healthy in my ENTIRE life. 220lbs to a solid 185lbs. It is never too late to begin your journey. It's not easy, but it's not impossible either. You have to REALLY want it though. You have to change your mentality and dead some bad habits. I hope to inspire or trigger something in some one to change their life as I did.
